GBF offers a fully subsidized one-year technical-vocational scholarship with employment opportunities to senior high school graduates who are interested in mechatronics.

Iskolar ni Juan TechVoc Program

Iskolar ni Juan offers a fully subsidized scholarship that covers tuition, transportation, school supplies, uniforms, accommodation, and meals for underprivileged senior high school graduates and college undergraduates between 18 and 28 years old.

Scholars will stay at the GBF Technical Training Center in Calamba City, Laguna for a seven-month academic term, followed by a five-month on-the-job training at Universal Robina Corporation's (URC) plants and other business affiliates.

 
At the end of the program, scholars will earn a TESDA National Certificate Level II (NC II) on Mechatronics, making them fit for employment as a production/machine operator or machine maintenance technician at URC.

7 months stay-in at GBF Technical Training Center in Calamba, Laguna

  • Opportunity to train in a 3,300 square meter state-of-the-art training center with 12 industry-standard laboratories, meeting rooms, and classrooms

5 months on-the-job training at any URC plant or other partner companies

  • National Certificate II on Instrumentation and Control Servicing or Mechatronics Servicing upon passing the TESDA assessment
  • Inclusive of OJT allowance
