The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Manager will design, implement, and manage the monitoring and evaluation framework for GBF’s programs. This role ensures that all projects are effectively monitored and evaluated to measure their impact, efficiency, and sustainability. The M&E Manager will work closely with program teams, stakeholders, and partners to ensure data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement of programs.

This includes developing social media strategies, creating and boosting ads, monitoring digital performance, and managing ad budgets. The role involves collaboration with program leads, overseeing freelancers, and ensuring consistent messaging aligned with GBF values. Additionally, the officer ensures efficient operations, stays updated on digital trends, and meets deliverable deadlines.

Brand Alignment: Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure designs align with the brand. Maintain and enhance the visual consistency of the brand.

Project Management: Prepare and package design files for production or deployment, ensuring completeness and proper organization.
